I’ve progressed to Dailyburn, which is an entirely online streaming workout program. It’s always available as an app on my iPhone and requires nothing but myself and a chair. I also will use the 7 Minute Workout Challenge when I am traveling. P90X3īoth CT-50 and P90X3 are essentially HIIT or circuit training programs. Fit In 10: a 10 minute per day program for those with very little time to exercise. The workouts are a mix of cross-training and interval workouts not unlike Insanity Max 30 by BeachBody and require dumbbells, a workout box, and a dowel. This is my favorite overal program to date. Black Fire An advanced, 60-day full-body workout program by Bob Harper. Since, than I have gone on to P90X3, which is a shorter version of the original P90X. I found it to be a great progressive beginner program. So, I backed off and after recovering started CT-50. Most recently I’ve started using Dailyburn as well. Because it’s an all-out effort, Inferno delivers serious results. During this 21-day challenge, you’ll push yourself to your limit and then surpass it. New workouts added daily Inferno isn’t just another workout program. ![]() I am also pressed for time like everyone else, so I tend to workout using high-intensity interval training and circuit training, which is more time efficient. Choose from one of our 20 programs including dance, high-intensity cardio, yoga, strength training and more. I tend to workout most at home as this is convenient for me.
